🚀 Getting started

Welcome — how Traffic Chart works

This page is the product in one sitting: what Traffic Chart is, which plan to open, where your work lives, and what “free” actually means. What it is Traffic Chart is a browser app at app.traffic-chart.com. You draw on a real map, share a live link, and export a PDF when someone needs a file. There is nothing to install. Home after login: Traffic Plan, Event Plan, and recent plans with Home and Plans in the top bar You will spend most of your time in three places: 1. Home — start a new plan, or continue a recent one. 2. Plans — the full library for the workspace you are in. 3. The editor — full-screen map, tools, and sidebar. Those three are easy to mix up. Find your way around is the picture of the top bar. The first time you sign in, First login and onboarding covers Log in, Create your account, and the welcome screens (Creating your account..., Preparing your workspace...). Who it is for Most people here are creating plans: - Event organisers — site layouts, and often the roads that lead there - Contractors and infra teams — temporary traffic measures - Municipalities — drafting plans, and sometimes reviewing submissions If you only review plans for a municipality, skip to Review for organisers or Review for reviewers. The rest of getting started is written for people who draw. Two kinds of plans On Home the heading is What would you like to create? Traffic Plan — public roads: closures, detours, temporary signs, materials lists, post orders for traffic controllers. The sign catalogue follows the Country you set when you create the plan. Wrong country means the wrong signs. You can change the country at the top of Signs in the editor. Event Plan — the site itself: stages, tents, fencing, zones, walking routes, labels. Event plans do not use the traffic-sign catalogue and do not spend traffic-sign credits. A festival in a park with road closures on the approach is a classic pair: event plan for the field, traffic plan for the public road. Share or submit both according to what your municipality asks for. Where your work lives You always have a Personal workspace. That list is private to you. The library title is My traffic plans / My event plans. If your company or municipality uses Traffic Chart as a team, you may also belong to an organization. That is a separate workspace. Plans there are shared with everyone who has access. The library title is the organization name plus the plan type, for example Acme Events traffic plans. Switch with Switch workspace in the account menu (your initials and first name). Personal uses a P badge. Organizations use orange initials. If a workspace row is greyed out, read the reason on that row: This workspace is not currently available., Your membership is suspended, Organization suspended, Workspace not enabled yet, or Organization unavailable. Public share links can still open; the private workspace cannot until that reason is fixed. Workspace unavailable. Creating a Traffic Plan or Event Plan from Home puts the new plan in whichever workspace you last opened. Check Switch workspace before you start if you meant Personal, or meant the team. On Plans, folders keep the library readable (New folder, Search plans or folders). Folders and the library. You cannot create an organization yourself. An owner invites you. After you accept, you still have to Switch workspace — accepting does not move you automatically. See Join an organization. In an organization, seeing a plan is not the same as editing it. Only the assigned editor can change that plan. Organizations and members. Free use, in one minute Event plans — no traffic-sign credits. Your workspace still needs Event plans turned on. If the Event plans tab says Not enabled for Personal. (or Not enabled for Acme Events.), you cannot create one there. Ask an administrator or email customer@traffic-chart.com. Traffic plans — creating the plan is free. Payment is asked when you place signs past the free allowance, not when you click Start planning. - Outside participating (licensed) municipalities you may place a limited number of signs that count (currently 5). Each plate in a stack counts. - Inside a participating municipality, eligible personal accounts can place unlimited signs without paying for that placement. - You can also spend a credit or pay by card to unlock unlimited signs on that traffic plan. Other unpaid plans keep their own limits. Prices are shown in the app at checkout. They can depend on country and currency. Do not rely on old website copy. Paying for unlimited signs on one plan does not automatically unlock Bulk signs, XL maps, materials Excel, Displace sign stack, or PDF preview. Those are account permissions. Billing, free use, and credits and Feature not available for my account. How people usually work 1. Create an account and verify email. 2. Check you are in the right workspace (Personal or your organization). 3. Start a traffic or event plan with a clear name (and dates / country as asked). 4. Find the location on the map and draw. 5. Wait for Save or Auto-save: saved. 6. Share a Sharable link (recommended for municipalities), or export a PDF if a file is required. 7. If your municipality uses in-app review, they typically start that session. You do not send the first one yourself. Browser and device Traffic Chart is map-heavy and builds PDFs in the browser. - Prefer a current desktop Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. - A laptop or desktop is more comfortable than a phone for drawing and export. - Allow downloads if you export PDFs. - A stable network helps map tiles and export finish cleanly. Older browsers and low-memory machines fail export more often. If a PDF fails, stay on the page and see Export fails or is blank. If the map never appears, see Map will not load or stays blank. Support Email customer@traffic-chart.com. Inside a plan, Help in the sidebar has the same address, Browse the FAQ, and Watch tutorial video. How to? is a short product video (not shown in read-only share view). Home footer: Customer support, FAQ, How-to, Status. Help inside the app and Contact support. What to read next 1. First login and onboarding 2. Set up your account and find help 3. Find your way around 4. Your first plans 5. Folders and the library

🛣️ Traffic plans

Create, organise, and share traffic plans

This page is the traffic plan as a document: create it in the right workspace, keep it findable, save it, and share a live link. Drawing and PDF files have their own articles. Use this when you need a new plan, a folder, a share URL, or a team owner. Skip it if you already have the map open and only need signs, layers, or export. Home, Plans, and the editor Home is / after login (Welcome back, your name). It is not the map. Choose Traffic Plan or Event Plan, or Continue with a previous plan. See all plans opens the library. Plans is the library for the current workspace. The editor is the full-screen map after Start planning or Open. The logo from the editor returns to Plans, not Home. Event plans have their own tab. A “missing” traffic plan is often the wrong tab or the wrong workspace — My plan does not appear in the list. Personal or organization You always have Personal. An organization is a separate team workspace. Check Switch workspace (account menu) before you create anything. New plans from Home go to the workspace you last opened. Personal Organization Library title My traffic plans Acme Events traffic plans (organization name + traffic plans ) Who can open You Everyone with access to that workspace Who can change the plan You Only the assigned editor Creating a plan in an organization makes you the assigned editor. Other members open it read-only until an Owner or Administrator uses Assign editor. Team rules: Organizations and members. If Switch workspace greys out a row, read This workspace is not currently available. (or Workspace not enabled yet, Organization unavailable). Workspace unavailable. Create a traffic plan Open the create-plan form from Home 1. Confirm Switch workspace shows Personal or the organization you meant. 2. On Home, choose Traffic Plan. From Plans, Create plan starts the same form. 3. Set Country (required — this loads the sign catalogue). 4. Enter Plan name (placeholder My Traffic Plan). 5. Set Start * and End *. Each side is Select date plus hh:mm. Start must be before end. 6. Click Start planning. The editor opens on the map. Rename later with the pencil next to the title (Edit project title). Dates stay in the header as Start and End, each with a date and hh:mm. Country loads the sign catalogue. Dates appear on exports, and MELVIN stays disabled until it has them (Fill in a date to use this option). Older plans may show Continue your traffic plan and ask you to finish Country, Plan name, and Duration first (Continue planning). Validation: Select a country., Enter a plan name., Select a start date., Enter a start time., Start date must be before end date, Complete the start date with a time. If create fails: Failed to create project. Please try again. / Could not create project. Success: Project created! Find and organise on Plans Plans library with search, New folder, Create plan, and the plans table Plans lists Name, Status, Updated, Plan period, and Actions. Search with Search plans or folders. Open a plan, or click its name row. Paid on a row means this plan is unlocked for unlimited signs. In an organization, Editor: Sam Rivera (the assigned editor’s name) shows who can change that plan. The ⋮ menu on a plan includes Open, Copy link, Move to folder, Duplicate, Delete, Move to organization (from Personal), and Assign editor (organization Owners and Administrators). Rename on the ⋮ menu is for folders, not plans. Rename a plan from the editor title. Empty list: No items found. Folders, search, breadcrumbs, and every library action: Folders and the library. Folders New folder opens Create folder. Enter Folder name, pick Location, then Save. Toast: Folder created. On a plan, Move to folder and pick a Destination (or No folder). On a folder you can Rename, Move folder, or Delete — delete only works when the folder is empty (Delete this folder? Make sure it is empty first. / Cannot delete folder while it still contains items.). Personal libraries use Folders; organization libraries use Shared folders. Go up one level returns to the parent. How the library works in full: Folders and the library. Move or copy into an organization From Personal, the plan menu Move to organization asks How should it go? Move (Recommended) leaves Personal; the public link stays the same. Copy keeps the plan in Personal and gives the organization a separate plan with a new public link. You cannot move a plan that is in municipality review (Under review — move unavailable); Copy is still allowed. You cannot move an organization plan back to Personal, or from one organization to another. The dialog, folder-move summary, and every toast: Move, copy, and assign editor. Assign an editor On an organization plan, Owners and Administrators open Assign editor. Choose Assigned editor (Choose an editor), then Save assignment. Everyone with workspace access can Open the plan. Only that assigned editor can change, duplicate, or delete it. Other members get Plan is read-only. If the assigned editor is suspended, nobody can edit until someone reassigns the plan. Full dialog and membership-inactive cases: Move, copy, and assign editor. Save In the editor: Auto-save and Save. The auto-save preference is stored on your account. Hover the switch for Auto-save: saving, Auto-save: unsaved changes, or Auto-save: saved. With auto-save on, Save is disabled (auto-save is enabled). Save is blocked for Plan is locked while under review, This plan is locked because it has been approved, or Plan is read-only. Wait for saved before you send a link or start a PDF. Title, dates, and every save toast: Auto-save, title, and dates. Share a live link Each traffic plan has a public address such as https://app.traffic-chart.com/traffic-plans plus the plan’s id. Anyone with that URL can view the map read-only. They do not need an account. 1. On Plans, Copy link. 2. Or in the editor click Export, then copy Sharable link (RECOMMENDED). 3. Send it to a colleague, municipality, or contractor. Sharable link stays up to date after you save. Many municipalities prefer that over a file. Use Export files only when someone asks for PDF or Excel — Export and print traffic plans. Treat the URL like a document you would email. Do not post it on public social media. If a link spread too widely, email customer@traffic-chart.com. Viewers can pan and zoom. They cannot place signs or save. What a public viewer sees: Share a plan and read-only view. What good looks like You are in the intended workspace. The title and dates match the works. đź’ł Account & billing

Billing, free use, and credits

Traffic Chart is free to try. Event plans are not billed. Traffic plans start on a free tier; when you need more capacity you unlock that plan with a credit or a card payment — or you draw inside a participating municipality. Prices always appear in the app at checkout. They can depend on country and currency. This page does not list amounts. The payment dialog (every branch, Payment status, guests): Pay or spend a credit. The organization Billing page (packages, GmbH vs B.V., portal): Organization billing. What is free Creating a traffic plan is free. Payment is asked when you place signs past the free allowance, not when you click Start planning. Event plans do not use credits. They can still be turned off for a workspace. The Event plans tab then reads Not enabled for Personal. (or Not enabled for Acme Events.). Workspace unavailable. Unpaid free-tier traffic plan in the editor (map loaded; no Paid badge) A public share link is view-only. Viewers are not asked to pay. Participating municipalities Some municipalities license Traffic Chart so organisers can draw freely there. - Placement looks up the municipality under the pin. - If the area is participating, eligible personal accounts can place unlimited signs there without paying for that placement. - If not, the free sign limit applies until the plan is unlocked. You can also create a traffic plan outside participating municipalities. The personal payment dialog is titled Continue drawing with 1 credit. It shows the number of participating municipalities, explains the free sign allowance for the municipality under the pin, and offers one credit for unlimited signs in this plan. Organization credit-pool workspaces use their shared balance instead. The title can be Spend 1 credit to create new plan?, with Spend credit and Cancel. Pay or spend a credit. Free sign limit (the 5-sign rule) Outside participating areas, unpaid traffic plans allow a limited number of signs that count toward the cap. That number is currently 5. Count every plate. A stack of three plates is three toward the five, not one pin. Bulk signs can use the whole allowance in one line. The sixth counting sign is when the payment dialog appears. Until then, keep drawing. Organization credit-pool workspaces often have no personal-style free allowance: you Spend credit (or you already have Unlimited sign placement on a subscription) before extra signs stay on the plan. Duplicating a paid plan starts a new unpaid plan. Demo traffic plan with a Paid badge, duplicated, is a new plan that must be unlocked again. Unlocking a traffic plan (Paid vs organization funding) Paying or spending a credit sets this traffic plan to unlimited signs. Other unpaid plans keep their own limits. A credit unlocks one traffic plan, not every plan on the account. Personal / legacy: the Paid badge In the personal and older flows you will see a Paid badge on that plan on Home and Plans. That badge means Demo traffic plan has unlimited signs. It is not a Pro licence. It is not organization membership. Home with Paid and Free badges on continue-plan cards Native organization funding: often no Paid badge On Acme Events, native organization billing does not always show the old Paid badge. The plan can still be funded from the organization account. The test is whether the next sign stays on the map, not whether the pill appeared. Do not start a second payment because the badge is missing. Personal workspace When placement is blocked you see the payment dialog. Full walkthrough: Pay or spend a credit. In short: 1. If you have credits — Spend credit. The plan is saved and unlocked. Toast Credit spent. 2. If you have none — Select a country, then Billing postal / ZIP code, then Checkout / Pay now (or Log in & Pay / Register & Pay if you were a guest). 3. Complete Stripe. Payment status confirms the credit and unlocks the plan. Personal credits also appear under Settings → Credits, except for some organisation-role accounts that hide that block on purpose. Organization workspace Credits shown in the dialog are the workspace pool, not your personal Settings → Credits. - If the pool has credits and you can edit the plan: Spend 1 credit to create new plan? / Spend credit. - If billing is not set up: Billing is not configured for this organization. Ask an organization administrator or Traffic Chart support to configure it. - If you cannot purchase: Only an organization owner, administrator, or billing account holder can purchase credits. Ask them to add credits to this workspace. Owners and admins who are not the assigned editor cannot start checkout on a colleague’s Demo traffic plan. Reassign the editor first, or buy from a plan you can edit. Buying a package for Acme Events is not this map dialog. When the organization shows Billing, owners use Choose a package and Continue to checkout (hosted Stripe). Members never see that page. Organization billing. If you do not see Billing, credits may still be handled the older way by Traffic Chart for your team. There is nothing to “turn on” from Settings. Export and print traffic plans

When the drawing is ready, you either share a live link or produce files. This page is the traffic plan path. Event plans use a different exporter — Export an event plan. Use this when a municipality wants a URL, or when someone asked for PDF or Excel. Skip it while you are still placing signs. Sharable link (recommended) vs Export files Click Export in the editor header. The screen is How would you like to export your map? How would you like to export your map? Sharable link recommended versus Export files Sharable link is marked RECOMMENDED. Copy it with Copy (Link copied to clipboard). Benefits in that panel: Accepted by most municipalities, Fastest way to get a permit, Also saves some trees. The link is the same public URL as Copy link on Plans. It stays current after you save. How it behaves: Share a plan and read-only view. Export files is the file path. Its text reads Choose map pages, legend, material list, and post instructions in the next step. Its one button is Continue to export. On-screen warning: Only recommended when a municipality or 3rd party explicitly asks for this. Continue to export opens the Export maps sidebar. Every choice about the file is made there: Map pages, Include legend, Materials list (with PDF and Excel), Post instructions, and XL maps first. Excel shows a Pro badge when you cannot use it (This is a pro feature.). You also need to be logged in with a saved plan (Log in and save the plan before exporting Excel.). Draw export maps An export map is a rectangle on the basemap. Each one becomes a PDF page. The sidebar accessible name is Traffic plan export maps. The heading is Export maps. Detail export rectangle on the map (Map 1) Type Role Detail Standard page. Size is limited so signs stay readable XL Larger coverage. XL maps require a PRO account. Steps 1. Save, or wait for Auto-save: saved. 2. Export → Continue to export. 3. The Export maps sidebar opens (Traffic plan export maps). Empty state: No export maps yet. Use Draw new map below to add a Detail or XL map. Start below points at Draw new map. In read-only export: No export maps have been added to this plan. 4. Under Draw new map, click Detail or XL. 5. Drag a rectangle over the area you need on paper. 6. Select Map 1 (and later maps). Set Paper size and Change orientation. Until paper is chosen the row shows No paper size. 7. Confirm Map pages, Include legend, Materials list, and Post instructions. 8. If Materials list is on, choose Materials PDF and/or Materials Excel. 9. Click Export now. While the file is built, the same button reads Stop export. Keep the tab open. Open the download and check every page. For Map pages, you need at least one export map with a paper size. For a legend-only or materials-only traffic PDF, switch Map pages off and enable the document you need; a legend needs at least one included entry. Export a traffic plan from start to finish The whole path in one run: Export, then Continue to export, then Detail, drag the rectangle over the works, set A4 - landscape, and Export now. While the file is built the button reads Stop export. The progress list ticks through Export maps and Materials list before Download started! appears. If a Detail rectangle hits its limit: This detail map has reached its maximum size. Switch it to XL map if you want to export a larger map. Changing Scale: can reset Detail maps — confirm Confirm scale change only if you accept redrawing them. Stop a running export Started the wrong maps, or picked the wrong paper size? You do not have to wait for the file. 1. Click Stop export, the button that was Export now a moment ago. 2. A card asks Stop export? with Are you sure you want to stop this export? No PDF will be downloaded for this export. 3. Click Stop export to confirm. Continue exporting closes the card and lets the run finish. The button shows Stopping export… for a moment, then a message says Export stopped. Nothing is downloaded and your export maps stay as they were. Change what you need and click Export now again. Export maps sidebar during a run, with the Stop export? card offering Continue exporting and Stop export Close export mode returns you to the editor. While the file is handed to the browser: Starting download / The PDF is ready. Your browser is starting the download now. After a successful file: Download started / Your export is ready and the PDF download has started. / Your download has started. Back to export maps if you need another run. Paper size and orientation Each export map has its own Paper size (A4, A3, and other series in the list) and orientation. Match what your municipality or printer expects (for example A3 landscape). XL still needs a paper size — content scales to that page. It is not infinite paper. Remove export map deletes that rectangle. XL maps (Pro) Use Detail for junctions that must stay sharp. Use XL for a larger overview. Without Pro, XL stays disabled with a Pro badge and XL maps require a PRO account. Paying for unlimited signs on the plan does not by itself unlock XL. On a read-only plan you cannot draw maps, but you can export the XL maps saved on it when you are logged in and your own account, or the organization workspace the plan belongs to, has Pro. Visitors who are not logged in still get the Detail maps only. An existing rectangle can change type: select the row and use the Export type select (Detail / XL). That is the fix for This detail map has reached its maximum size. Detail frames: one overview drawing A file pack of separate pages leaves the municipality guessing which junction each page covers. Detail frames answers that on the paper itself: the XL page gets a numbered orange box around every Detail map that sits inside it, labelled MAP 1, MAP 2, and so on. They carry the same numbers as the rows in the sidebar. One XL page with frames, plus a Detail page per junction, is the overview drawing most municipalities want. Detail frames is a switch on the export map row, and only on XL rows. Detail rows do not have it, so draw the detail maps first. Steps 1. Draw a Detail map over each junction first. Until one exists the switch stays greyed out: Add a detail map first to show frames. 2. Zoom out until one rectangle can cover all of them. 3. Draw new map → XL, and drag it over the whole works. 4. Click that row to select it (Map 3 in the example below). 5. Set its Paper size and use Change orientation. A3 landscape reads well for an overview. 6. Turn Detail frames on. The row picks up a Frames badge, and the numbered boxes appear on the map immediately, so you can check the framing before you spend an export on it. 7. Turn on XL maps first so the overview is page 1 rather than the last page. 8. Export now, and open the PDF. Export maps sidebar with Detail frames on for the XL map: Map 1 and Map 2 as Detail, Map 3 as XL with a Frames badge, and numbered MAP 1 and MAP 2 boxes drawn on the map Only Detail maps that overlap the XL rectangle get a box. A Detail map elsewhere in the plan is left off that page. That is what you want when the works run along two streets and each gets its own XL. Frames belong to that one XL map. If you also want a clean overview without boxes, draw a second XL map over the same area and leave its Detail frames off. The tooltip says the same: Draws numbered boxes for overlapping detail maps on this XL page. Add another XL map if you also want an overview without frames. What it looks like on paper Exported PDF overview page: the XL map with orange numbered MAP 1 and MAP 2 boxes marking the two detail pages Page 1 of the export. The MAP 1 and MAP 2 boxes mark the two Detail pages that follow, so the reader can go straight from the overview to the right page. The header carries the plan title and date range, and the footer the author and Format: A3 - Map 3 - XL. Page order: XL maps first XL maps first sits with Map pages and Materials list at the bottom of the sidebar, and only appears when the export holds both a Detail and an XL map. - On: XL pages come before Detail pages. Use this for an overview drawing: the reader sees the whole works, then the junctions. - Off: the pages follow the order of the rows in the sidebar. Choose which maps go in this export From two export maps upwards (with Map pages on), each row gets a checkbox. Use it when a plan holds ten rectangles and today's request is for two of them. You do not have to delete the others. - The checkbox is Add to this export / Remove from this export. - Select all in the sidebar header puts every map back in. - Under the Export maps heading you see how the export stands, for example 2 of 3 in this export. Rows that are out are dimmed. - The button counts what you picked: Export 1 map, Export 3 maps. With everything selected it stays Export now. - Deselect everything and the button is disabled: Select at least one map to export. - If the picked maps cannot be exported at all (no paper size, or XL without Pro): None of the selected maps can be exported. Rectangles you leave out stay on the plan for the next run. Layers per export map Each row has a Layers button (the sliders icon). It opens a small panel, headed Layers, that hides plan content on that page only: Option Hides Traffic Signs Placed signs Lines & Shapes Sketch lines, rectangles, circles, shapes Text Areas Map text Bulk Placement Bulk lines and their signs GPX Imports Imported GPX tracks The button carries an orange dot while that map hides anything. Use it for an XL overview that should show the works area without every cone on top of it, while the Detail pages keep the full drawing. This is per export map. It does not change the editor or the other pages. PDF preview PDF preview (right side of the map) shows paper-relative sizing while you edit, with Off / On. It appears when your account can use XL maps. 1. Turn PDF preview On. 2. If you have no XL map yet, Draw preview map, pick Paper size, then Draw XL map. 3. Choose an existing map from Select XL map, or Detail mode to leave the selector empty. 4. Lock preview map before selecting some objects (Lock the preview map to select this object.). Unlock preview map when you need to move the rectangle. 5. Adjust placements for readability at paper scale. 6. Turn preview Off, then run a real Export now. Scale cannot be changed while PDF preview is on. Preview is not a substitute for checking the downloaded PDF. Toast after creating a map: XL map created. Unlock the preview map to move or resize it. The chip, Select XL map, Draw XL map, and Lock preview map: PDF preview. Legend Include legend adds a key for your lines and areas after the map pages. Edit it in Items → PDF legend; the gear marked PDF settings reveals title and layout controls. Read-only or locked-plan viewers can choose Include legend for their own download without changing the saved plan. For legend-only export, switch Map pages off. Traffic plan legend and Items. Materials list Materials list is the packing list: types and Qty, plus Stacked signs as a mounting overview (those plates are already in the totals). 1. Turn on Materials list in the export sidebar. 2. Choose PDF / Materials PDF and, if you have access, Excel / Materials Excel. 3. Export and check the extra PDF pages (and the spreadsheet). Excel description: Download the materials list as an Excel file with a total tab and one tab per drawing. Unsaved changes are saved first. Excel needs at least one export map (Create an export map first.). Combination signs appear under the Name you set on the board. Bulk lines show as bulk quantities. Packing-list columns, Excel, and post-order cards: Materials list and post orders. What the exported PDF looks like One page per export map, then the extras you ticked. The map page carries the plan title, the date range, a scale bar, and a north arrow. Exported PDF map page with the plan title, date range, scale bar, and north arrow The materials page follows, listing each sign type with its code and Qty, grouped by catalogue category. Exported PDF materials list page with sign codes and quantities Post orders Post orders are instructions for traffic controllers. 1. Open Posts (Manage traffic controllers and their orders per post.). 2. Place a post item from Post items if the country has them (No post signs available for this country. otherwise). 3. Select a post: Post name (label), Orders. Move post up / Move post down, Go to post, Google Maps. 4. Save. 5. On export, turn on Post instructions in the export sidebar. Fill instructions before the crew PDF goes out. Every label on the sidebar and the progress panel The Export maps sidebar and the progress panel between them carry about seventy distinct strings. They have their own page so this one stays a walkthrough: Export labels and progress messages. When PDF fails Leave the tab open if you see This is taking longer than usual. A slow network connection can delay map tiles and layers. Please keep this window open while the export finishes. Check the file if Some map layers took longer than expected to load. The export may be incomplete; please check the PDF before using it. After a failure, Export Feedback may appear. Stay logged in if asked (Log in to send export feedback.), describe blank pages or stuck progress, and Send feedback. You can also use How did the export go? after a successful run. After send: Feedback sent / Thanks for the feedback. We use this to keep improving PDF exports. See Export fails or is blank. What good looks like Municipalities who can work from a URL have Sharable link. File packs open on an XL overview with Detail frames on, so MAP 1 and MAP 2 on that page point at the Detail pages behind it, followed by a Detail page per junction, materials pages that match the map, and post orders the crew can follow. You opened the PDF before you sent it. If something blocks you Situation Where to go Blank or stuck PDF Export fails or is blank XL or Excel locked Feature not available for my account Detail frames greyed out No Detail map yet: Add a detail map first to show frames.
